Your member account is activated the day you registered an accout with us. Upon registeration you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases on vivahealthskincare.com.
Your email address is your username for your Viva’s Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered email address when logging into vivahealthskincare.com.
You can sign in directly and your Welcome points should be in your account.

Yes, points expires on annual basis, determined by the date which they were earned.
For example: if you made a purchase of $100 on January 1st, 2023 in BRONZE CROSS tier you will receive 100 points which will expire on January 1st, 2024
Yes, the coupon expires on annual basis, determined by the date which they were redeemed.
For example: if you used 100 points and redeemed a $5 coupon code on January 1st, 2023 for the coupon will expire on January 1st, 2024
- Tiers will reset once after every 6 months on the 1st of January and July.
- Tier rewards do not expire.
- Discount will grant you with a one-time discount code base on the tier you are in. However, if there is a product or promotion events taking place, only the greater discount will be applied to each purchase.
- Points Per Dollar grants you the ability to earn points faster by unlock to higher tiers.
- Gift Vouchers are unlocked upon reaching each tier and will provide you with a one-time voucher code and can be used to reduce your purchase payment.
- Tier Achievement Gifts are unlocked upon reaching certain tier and besure to add the coupon in your cart to get it shipped to you.
