In general, the order will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. If we mis-shipped or sent you the wrong item, contact Customer Care; we will re-ship your order at no additional cost.
Return Policy
Once orders are processed and delivered there will be NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
We kindly accept product returns for cases ONLY related to Quality Control Concerns or Shipping Damages.
To resolve these matters efficiently, we provide product replacement for all customers. Please contact Customer Care and provide the (1) customer's name, (2) phone number, (3) email address, (4) Lot number, (5) Expiry date, and (6) photos for reference.
