Shipping Within Canada
All Canadian orders over $90 CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled within 3 business days from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
U.S. Shipping Update (Resumed April 7, 2026)
We are happy to announce that U.S. shipping has officially resumed. Following the recent regulatory updates, we have upgraded our logistics to a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means when you shop with us, the price you see at checkout is final.
- Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $125 USD qualify for free shipping.
- All-Inclusive: Your shipping fee now includes all U.S. tariffs, duties, and customs processing fees.
- No Surprise Fees: There will be no additional charges or "surprise bills" from the courier when the package arrives at your door.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically take 5–7 business days to arrive, depending on your destination.

Order Issues & Return Policy
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving damaged items, missing products, or the wrong items—please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the matter quickly, include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the lot number printed on each product.
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund the affected products in accordance with our policy. U.S. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the complexities and high costs of international logistics and customs duties, please note the following:
- Final Sale: All U.S. shipments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Quality Guarantee: If there is an issue with your order that is proven to be the fault of Viva (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), we will issue Store Credit to your account.
- Support: Please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with photos of any discrepancies to initiate a claim.
