Here are the changes of our rewards program effective 2024:
- Tiers will be reset annual on the 1st of January. (Previously every 6 month)
- Tiers spending have been increased (Previously, Sliver Moon $250, Golden Goose $500 and Diamond Star $1000)
- Discount coupon can be stacked with another coupon for addtional discount. (Prevously, unstackable)
- Gift Voucher can be stacked with discount coupons. (Prevously, unstackable)
- Members with special privileges will enjoy complimentary first-hand access to VIVA-Prelaunch products.
- Free promotion gifts will be added automatically. (All previous free gift coupons are still valid but can not be used with other coupons)

Viva's Reward program is where members enjoy exclusive offers, early access to promotions, and so much more. To join, simply sign up online.
Your member account is activated the day you registered an accout with us. Upon registeration you can earn points by completing qualifying purchases on vivahealthskincare.com.
Your email address is your username for your Viva’s Rewards account. Please be sure to use your registered email address when logging into vivahealthskincare.com.
You can sign in directly and your Welcome points should be in your account.
Be sure to make a purchase to active your Tier rewards.
- You can earn points by purchasing products on vivahealthskincare.com
- Referring your friends to join Viva's Rewards and make a purchase
- Purchase and make a review on google as well as product review on vivahealthskincare.com
- Add your birth date on the rewards widget
- Purchase promoted products for extra points (when avaliable)
- Pick one of the many options in your widget Redeem points.
- Be sure to apply the coupon from your widget Reward list at check out.
- Max of two coupons can be used per order. (Previously only one reward or coupon can be applied on each purchase.)
- Vouchers and coupon codes can now be used during sales events,unless explicitly stated otherwise. (Previously, rewards, vouchers and coupons are not applicable during sales events.)
- Tier rewards code can only be used alone, and cannot be used with any other voucher or coupon codes.
Yes, points expires on annual basis, determined by the date which they were earned.
For example: if you made a purchase of $100 on January 1st, 2023 in BRONZE CROSS tier you will receive 100 points which will expire on January 1st, 2024
Yes, the coupon expires on annual basis, determined by the date which they were redeemed.
For example: if you used 100 points and redeemed a $5 coupon code on January 1st, 2023 for the coupon will expire on January 1st, 2024
- Tiers will reset once on the 1st of January.
- Tier rewards do not expire.
- Discount will grant you with a one-time discount code base on the tier you are in.
- Points Per Dollar grants you the ability to earn points faster by unlock to higher tiers.
- Gift Vouchers are unlocked upon reaching each tier and will provide you with a one-time voucher code and can be used to reduce your purchase payment.
