In general, the order will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care; we will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.
Once the products have been shipped from the Viva warehouse, they are non-refundable. Product replacements will only be accepted if products are damaged during shipping or altered in quality for legitimate reasons.
For replacement orders, customers will have to cover shipping costs according to the shipping address.
Once orders are processed and delivered there will be NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
