Return Policy

Once the products have been shipped from the Viva warehouse, they are non-refundable. Product replacements will only be accepted if products are damaged during shipping or altered in quality for legitimate reasons. 

For replacement orders, customers will have to cover shipping costs according to the shipping address. 

Once orders are processed and delivered there will be NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS.

We provide sample pouches for consumers to test and give them the opportunity to understand what to expect from our products. This will ensure a good understanding of our products and prevent any need to return or exchange our products. Please email customercare@vivahealth.ca for sample requests.

Viva Natural Skincare will not take back expired products.
