All Canadian orders over $90 CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled within 3 business days from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

We have resumed shipping to the United States. Due to the new U.S. tariff regulations, duties must be paid in advance. After you place an order, the courier will calculate the required amount and issue a Delivered Duties Prepaid (DDP) invoice. Please expect approximately 40% in tariffs and duties.

Once all payments are completed, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–14 days, depending on the carrier and destination.

If you encounter any issues with your order—such as receiving damaged items, missing products, or the wrong items—please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund the affected products in accordance with our policy.
