Shipping Within Canada
All Canadian orders over $90 CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled within 3 business days from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping to the USA

We have resumed shipping to the United States. Due to the new U.S. tariff regulations, duties must be paid in advance. After you place an order, the courier will calculate the required amount and issue a Delivered Duties Prepaid (DDP) invoice. Please expect approximately 40% in tariffs and duties.
Once all payments are completed, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–14 days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Important Notes:
- Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
- All orders shipped to the U.S. cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Order Issues & Return Policy
If you encounter any issues with your order—such as receiving damaged items, missing products, or the wrong items—please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the matter quickly, include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the lot number printed on each product (if applicable).
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund the affected products in accordance with our policy.
