Return and Expiry Policy
Once the products have been shipped from Viva warehouse, they are non-refundable. We provide samples pouches for consumers to test and give them the opportunity to understand what to expect from our products. This will ensure a good understanding of our products by our consumers and prevent any needs to return or exchange our products. Please contact our sales account manager or email@example.com for sample requests. Return of products from the stores will only be accepted if products were damaged during shipping or altered in quality for any legitimate reasons.
Viva Natural Skincare will not take back expired products due to 12 months shelf life which enclose all-natural preservatives. To avoid overstock, it is suggested to order more frequently.
