Returns

Once the products have been shipped from Viva warehouse, they are non-refundable. Product replacements will only be accepted if products are damaged during shipping or altered in quality for legitimate reasons. 

For replacement orders, customers will have to cover shipping costs according to the shipping address. 

Once orders are processed and delivered there will be NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS.

We provide samples pouches for consumers to test and give them the opportunity to understand what to expect from our products. This will ensure a good understanding of our products and prevent any needs to return or exchange our products. Please email customercare@vivahealth.ca for sample requests.

Expiry

Viva Natural Skincare will not take back expired products due to 12 months shelf life which enclose all-natural preservatives. To avoid overstock, it is suggested to order more frequently.
