Shipping Within Canada
All Canadian orders over $90 CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled within 3 business days from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
U.S. Shipping Update (Temporarily Paused)
Due to the recent ruling by the United States Supreme Court regarding tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, we are awaiting further guidance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection on how this will affect incoming shipments.
At this time, Zonos (via Canada Post) will temporarily pause all U.S. shipments until further notice.

Order Issues & Return Policy
If you encounter any issues with your order—such as receiving damaged items, missing products, or the wrong items—please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the matter quickly, include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the lot number printed on each product (if applicable).
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund the affected products in accordance with our policy.
